contact we will provide an efficient and polite service. After
discussions about your requirements a site visit will be arranged at
a mutually convenient time, even at weekends. |

Site Visit |
| At the site visit
we will discuss your requirements in detail and advise on materials,
construction and help with the design if required. |

Written Quotation |
| After our visit we
will provide you with a written quotation. |
|
Booking Work |
| Once a quote is
accepted, we book you into the next available slot and give you an
approximate start date. |
|
Work in Progress |
| Once we have
started we stay focused solely on your project until complete. I am
always available on site to discuss progress, alterations, additions
and any queries that may occur. |
|
Completion |
| When complete we
view the project together to make sure you are 100% satisfied and
ask you to fill out a "CHECKATRADE" survey to show future customers
how we performed. |
